  • 1 cup pitted green olives, drained
  • 1 cup pitted black olives, drained
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the green olives, black olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper into a food processor.
  2. Process the ingredients until the mixture is mostly smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Continue processing for about 2 to 3 minutes until you achieve a whipped texture.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.

  • You can make this dip ahead of time; cover and chill for up to 2 days. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving for the best texture.
