Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips using a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, or in a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted white chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the crushed pretzels, chopped pistachios, and dried cranberries over the melted chocolate.

  6. Let the bark set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, until firm.
  7. Once set, break the bark into pieces.

Notes

  • For a glossy finish, ensure your white chocolate is tempered correctly or use candy melts.
  • You can substitute other mix-ins like chopped candy canes, sprinkles, or other nuts.
