Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (optional, dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, milk, and yogurt (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and protein powder, and blend again until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, or pour into a bowl for a smoothie bowl.

Notes
