A quick and easy single-serve chocolate peanut butter mug cake with 20g of protein, ready in 90 seconds.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir well.
  2. Add peanut butter and almond milk. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
