You need this incredibly easy, sweet and salty peanut butter pretzel bark recipe. This no-bake dessert delivers the ultimate crunch in minutes and is perfect for gifting or quick snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • ½ cup salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set this aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Gently stir the mini pretzels and salted peanuts into the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture until all pieces are coated.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is firm.
  6. Break the set bark into pieces of your desired size. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  • For a different flavor, substitute dark chocolate or milk chocolate for the white chocolate chips.
