Make this incredibly creamy peanut butter dip in minutes. It is a simple, no-bake dessert dip perfect for parties, snacks, or dipping fruit and pretzels.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it is smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until incorporated, then increase speed to medium and beat until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping (or Greek yogurt) until no streaks remain. Do not overmix.
  5. Transfer the peanut butter dip to a serving bowl. If using, sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow it to firm up slightly.
  7. Serve your easy peanut butter dip with apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh strawberries.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, substitute the whipped topping with 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt. You may need to add an extra tablespoon of powdered sugar for sweetness.
  • If you want a dip that tastes like Buckeye candies, fold in 1/2 cup of melted semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of using mini chips as a topping.
  • This dip is excellent for quick snack ideas and keeps well in the refrigerator for up to five days.
