A simple and flavorful marinade for tender, juicy pork chops, perfect for grilling or baking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, thyme, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours. For deeper flavor, you can marinate overnight.
  5. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard the used marinade.
  6. Cook pork chops using your preferred method (grilling, baking, or pan-searing).

Notes

  • For a low-sodium option, use low-sodium soy sauce.
  • Adjust honey and mustard amounts to your preference.
  • This marinade works well for both thick and thin cut pork chops.
