1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Optional: 1/4 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine protein powder and almond flour.
Add nut butter, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms. If using cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, add it now and mix well.
Stir in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
The dough is ready to eat. Portion into servings as desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Adjust almond milk amount for desired consistency.
