Scale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 cup broccoli florets
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
Add chopped bell peppers and broccoli florets to the skillet.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 8-10 minutes. If the skillet seems dry, add a splash of chicken broth or water.
Serve hot.
