4 ounces thinly sliced hard salami, finely chopped
4 ounces thinly sliced deli ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini peppers (optional)

Instructions
