A quick and simple dipping sauce for potstickers and dumplings, featuring a balance of salty, tangy, and spicy flavors. This recipe is easily adjustable and can be made ahead.

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (or more, to taste)

Instructions

  2. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Taste and add more chili garlic sauce if you prefer a spicier sauce.
