Make your own version of Little Caesars’ viral chicken alfredo crazy puffs. These handheld snacks feature pillowy dough stuffed with creamy alfredo, chicken, and mozzarella, topped with garlic butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken alfredo mixture onto one half of each dough piece. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, creating a half-moon shape.
  5. Place the sealed puffs onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In another small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture over the top of each puff.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For an air fryer version, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • You can add cooked bacon bits or chopped spinach to the filling for extra flavor.
  • These puffs can be frozen before baking. Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag. Bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
