Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo wing sauce, and blue cheese (if using) until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cooked chicken.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches).
  5. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh chives or green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a slow cooker version, combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or crackers.
  • You can shred rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
  • Make this dip ahead of time by assembling it in the baking dish, covering it, and refrigerating. Add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
