2 Roma tomatoes, diced

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, and balsamic glaze.
