Welcome! You need a simple, refreshing twist on a classic cocktail for your next gathering. This Apple Cider Moscow Mule is quick to mix and perfect for autumn. It combines crisp apple cider, zesty lime, and spicy ginger beer for a flavor-packed drink everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Apple Cider (chilled)
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer (chilled)
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Thin apple slice and cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Gather your copper mugs or highball glasses. Fill each mug completely with ice cubes.
  2. Measure and pour the vodka into each mug over the ice.
  3. Add the fresh lime juice to each mug.
  4. Pour the chilled apple cider into each mug.
  5. Top each drink with the chilled ginger beer. Stir gently to combine the ingredients without losing too much carbonation.
  6. Garnish each Apple Cider Moscow Mule with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick before serving immediately.

Notes

  • For a spiced version, you can infuse your vodka with cinnamon sticks for a few hours before mixing.
  • If you want a pitcher format for a party, mix the vodka, lime juice, and apple cider ahead of time. Add the ginger beer to each individual glass just before serving.
  • For a non-alcoholic mule mocktail, simply omit the vodka and increase the apple cider slightly.
