Instructions
Combine soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
Place the London broil steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
